Prof. Epstein Discusses Hayek at CATO

Last Thursday, NYU's own Prof. Richard Epstein spoke at the CATO Institute in Washington, DC.  He discussed Friedrich Hayek's The Constitution of Liberty with George Soros and Hayek expert Bruce Caldwell.
